My name is Dana

I'm Dana, founder of Driven Mindset Coaching.

As a former police officer, a mom, and a three-time bodybuilding competitor, I know what it takes to push through challenges with grit, passion, and determination.

Being a woman in a male-dominated field taught me to earn my place both mentally and physically - and that same drive fuels how I coach women today. My passion is helping women unlock their confidence, build strength, and achieve results they never thought possible. 

Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, learning to lift, building confidence in the gym, stepping on stage for your first bikini bodybuilding competition, gaining muscle, or shedding weight - I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

״Working with Dana was amazing. This was my first experience of body building, and I must admit I was nervous going into it. I wasn’t new to the gym; I have been kickboxing and resistance training with bands since 2015 but soon learned this journey would be quite different and it sounded very intimidating!
 
Dana broke down the process in a way that helped
me feel like every milestone was much more achievable. She asked all the right questions and explained to me the journey from a different perspective. Dana has a passion for bodybuilding
and clearly loved helping me accomplish each individual goal. It got me equally as excited!
 
She was a fantastic motivator and cheerleader all while keeping me on track and holding me accountable. Dana also offered unlimited amounts of support each time I felt tired, overwhelmed and defeated. Bodybuilding is hard and it takes a village to help you get to the finish line and Dana never missed a beat any time I needed a little extra encouragement.

I do have a few diet restrictions that I was worried would interfere with my training process, but Dana took all the information I gave her and put together a plan for me that was simple, actionable and tailored to me.

I also didn’t have a lot of experience in gyms with machines and other standard equipment, but Dana made sure I got familiar and comfortable right away. She would meet me at one of our
local gyms on a weekly basis and workout right alongside me explaining each piece of equipment and how to use it properly. This was a game changer, and I was quite thrilled to have a new understanding of how everything worked and how it would help me reach my goal.

With Dana’s guidance, I truly started to enjoy the journey and was even more thrilled to watch my body start to transform. I was on a roll and feeling great!.
